Order Cancellation

For any order cancelled after purchase, a refund will be applied.penalty of €10.00 to cover management costs.

  • Products customized or tailor-made

📦 Delivery Control Reservation

🚨 Without a specific reservation, we will not be able to activate the insurance in case of damage

Upon delivery, always sign with specific reservation, especially in the case of insured shipping.

💰 Refund Times

Timings

After receiving and checking the returned product, refund or replacement it will happen within a few working days.
