On EmmetiStore We work every day to offer you a satisfying shopping experience. However, if the product received does not comply with the order or does not meet your expectations, you have the option to request a return within 15 days of delivery, writing to:

📦 Return Conditions

• The product must be whole, not used And in its original packaging.
• The Returns are at the customer's expense, who can choose between two options:
  • Autonomous shipping
  • Return label provided by EmmetiStore at the fixed cost of 15,00 €

❗ Note: For orders with destination United States, all sales are considered “final sale”: no returns or exchanges are permitted.

🚫 Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

• Products not present in the catalogue, ordered on specific customer request

• Products customized or tailor-made

• Products excluded under theArt. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005

Examples of excluded products:

• Doors of any type
• Special plasters and paints
• Professional furniture Beta
• Products Velux
• Le Nordica stoves and fireplaces
• Other personalized items

📝 For these items, any returns are accepted only with prior written authorization by EmmetiStore.

❌ Cancelling Orders

For any order cancelled after purchase, a penalty will be applied. penalty of €10.00 to cover management costs.

📦 Delivery Control Reservation

Upon delivery, always sign with specific reservation, especially in the case of insured shipping.

Examples of correct reserve:

• “Open package”
• “Damaged neck”
• “Security tape tampered with”

🚨 Without specific reservation, we will not be able to activate the insurance in case of damage.

💰 Refund Times

After receiving and checking the returned product, refund or replacement it will happen within a few working days.

🔄 From the June 7, 2021, returns without a valid reason, as indicated in the conditions above.
